Of course its impossible to get +256 or more cus that would be an overflow, but they can just put a limit, if they wanted to they could have just put a limit on +5. Its nothing but this
if(item.plus > 5) item.plus = 5;
thats all, they just have to put that on the server code, when doing alchemy, and u wouldn't be able to go more than +5.
