Hey guys i found this cool thing in the whole internet
Ok to do this you have to be a priest.
1) cast mind control on a Gnomer engineer, which is a nonelite mob
2) there is absolutely NO cooldown on their ability "wrench throw"
3) spam wrench throw and rack up TONS of dps
Confirmed for me as of 2.1.1
And If there is absolutely no global cooldown you can make a macro which uses the ability several times, and spam that macro.
Assuming that the ability is the fourth button, the macro should look like this:
