[HElP] New Hacker

Hey Guys im totaly new at hacking .....
i 'm trying to make cooldown @ Fusion kal ....
i have skill list & kiki uce & artmoney ..
the probelm is i dont know how to do it xD
so if anyone can help me please reply fast

search for a UCE and make Cooldown on LA 0 ... i think nothing is faster :D

when i search on la and make value 0 .... when i login and use it .. it types 0 skill is used
