I guess you have some problems with No Name Quests in Thai ^^ same here :)
but i have idea how to make it little easy :)
So here is NDTEXTDB from German 9D <-- There are all quests with name in German but u Can translate it --- this is better like without name quests :).
Before u make it, copy your orginal NDTEXTDB_US or if u changed it to NDTEXTDB_TH, copy then NDTEXTDB_TH and put where you want :)
