I get this

Error Message:
1.You don't start the games,Pls start it first and move your chars then press * or F11
2. If 1 OK, Pls remove your games,and reinstall it. Then download the newest patch and update it manually.

I tried removing and reinstalling it like ten times already.... But still can't

+ i havent patch 4351 yet
