well i was lving my bow skill on new archer in tg today my archer was lv 37 and my bow proficiency got lved to lv 5 and it said proficiency can be improved after lv 40 but it kept going up when im lv 37, does this work with other skills too?

this works only on weapon skills and its not tg bug... u can lvl it anywhere

Is this real? I had no idea it could keep going up ... I think it is a glitch. I don't think you can just keep leveling up weapon prof. o.O?

I had a 2nd rb lvl 80 trojan with 16 club prof. But it autoleveled there after 8, even tho i didnt have the level to have that prof.

my rb archer has lvl 15 bow lvl and im still 103 , it works everywhere, not only in tg

This is NOT a bug or glitch!
TQ changed the way Weapon profs work a while ago when EXP balls came along. It's all a ploy to make you by DBs to get CPs for Lotto or NPCs who sell CP items, so TQ can take your money. And yes it only works on weapons.
Also all RBs gets back the prof of there retained skills once it hits 50% of the non RB LVL. This is also not a bug or glitch.
