Google = "Free Hex Editor"
Download = "XVI32" (Or w/e the name of it is, looks similar to that if its not it)
Open the Hex Editor.
Click the folder icon that opens a file.
Choose to view *.exe files only.
Go to C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\Conquer.exe (or where ever your CO2 dir is)
Then CTRL+F to search.
Choose "Text search", and search for "Fps:%d" (Without quotes)
You will see very near that the phrase "English", replace that with "Chinese", for example.
You may now open as many clients as possible.
