qoproxy help.not a noob here!!

i am having this problim when i start teh proxy all is well says it opened blah blah blah.now when i open conquer and type in my name press enter conquer freezes.open up task maniger says that conquer not responding.i have reinstaled conquer twice but still no luck.i have looket sevral times for this problim in forums but have found nothing.so if soem one knows a salution or maybe just has some input that would be great.

Update java , did u put remotelogin ip etc and change server.dat

ok i foudn 1 problim the remote ip was wroung but i changed and it is still doing teh same thing.try's to start but freezes i just downloaded the newest java so i think that is fine.so im out of ideas.but thanx for remminding me to cheak teh remot ip.now one question shoudl the proxy ip be 127.0.1.1 or 127.0.0.1?i know you have to change the server.dat to 127.0.1.1 but i couldent remmeber if proxy ip had to match it

proxy ip is 127.0.1.1

k thats what i got.im out of things to try now.i have had this working before but its been a while.i just need this working by tommarrow night.so any more suggestions would be great.
