Probably you got an old version of .net Framework.
Try to download a new one.

edit:ok i dled .net 4.0 now how do i get it to work, i can open it now, but how do i use it.

this would set mp pot at 50% on slot 0 @ F4

u dont need .net framework u done something wrong . Extract it in sro folder (:
