SpeedHack How to not return?

Can someone tell me how to not return on Speedhack I heard of using a skill before moveing i tryed but it dosent work I have an Ak and I would like to know the best Skill to Use on all chars

Use skill when your done moving like when you want to stop then do skill.

there is a script to prevent u from teleporting back
