since this is about private servers, what do i need to make one?

Just put that in the server thing.
Make a new pic named "servericon79" or w/e and use it there.

yea thats wat im doing but when i try to log on game the pic i did wont appear, look wat i did:

i had to move the pics 1 spot cose then they will mess up but if i put a new pic it wont appear.
