share/skill/status.csv line 102 cell 2 has the value "441", which is too high of a number.
Chances are that after you fix that entry, you will run into many more in that file.
Depending on what program you use to edit these files, you may have to add +1 to the line and cell numbers to find the correct line in the file. This is due to some programs starting the first line and first cell as 1 instead of 0.

Pic is saved in your clipboard with Prnt Scrn... Simply open a paint document and press control+v to paste the image you captured with prnt screen.
