First u need to get ur cursor slow to catch only his name, and not the guard name, if u can, u can kill him
Just with bow, fb, ss, or magic atacks, but guard can kill you, safest way is with irf from archers, they have a nice range.

no, just put show items/names off, so u just see his name when the cursor is on the target.

or FB at his shadow and dont click ctrl
you wont hit the guard but you'll hit him

or, since the guy is black named, just leave yourself in capture mode and ss through the guard. Then you wont go blue, and the guard won't give a crap.
