[HELP]Server down

hi guys!
i tried to make my own eo pserver by using this guide --> [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] everything was fine till i started the accserver, msgserver and npc and when i tried to log into the game.. there always appeares a error box said "Server down":confused:. plz help!:handsdown:

This has been covered soooooooooooooooooooooo many times. Try searching using the parameters SERVER DOWN.

Obviously you havent looked very hard. On the same page as this thread there is at least 2 others dealing with this same issue.
I suggest you read the threads on page 1. Then try page 2.

refer this thread.. many issues like this here.. dont lazy to search. check oem.dat at ini folder in client side. make sure config same with server config. Server name and IP address.

i have problem too
