[Tips] About v18 (Less Lag)

Some users experience Lag during In-game using v18.

Use PC with the following Specs.

-Intel (Duo Core) or AMD Athlon/Sempron (Dual Core/X2 or Higher)
-CPU Speed at least 2.0 GHZ or above
-Memory 2GBytes above
-OS:Windows XP/7
-Video Card Memory at least 256MB ( built-in) works in AMD)

If your computer does not meet these requirements
you can experience LAG...
