lvl 121 normal ring

hey everyone i just got a really good deal on a normal soc lvl 121 ring +2, i just wanted to know if anyone here had experience upgrading quality at that lvl
any info would helpful, was even thinking about using lucky time for repairs to maybe get to refined. any thoughts would be helpful thx all.

Using tc or market method will be really expensive dragonball wise. I would suggest reborning the ring then it will have a higher and cheaper chance.

Using luckytime and repairing would be the best idea, if you can't/don't want to reborn and don't have the funds/dbs. At least get it to unique or elite using the repair method.

use 2 to 3 meteors on a normal low lvl then db the ring, do several times and hope the dbs dont fail. make sure you have lucky time too to ensure 60% chance improvement.

dont met over lv40 @_@, tat way ,u r even harder to upgrade lol
