ich möchte mich gerne um die Stelle als Moderator in der Metin2 Section bewerben.
Ersteinmal ein paar Sätze über meine Person.

Wieso willst du dich als Moderator bewerben?
Ich spiele schon länger mit dem Gedanken, mich um den Posten als Moderator, in der Metin2 Section zu bewerben. Im Moment sind vier Moderatoren in der Section tätog und das ist meiner Meinung nach nicht ausreichend, ich sehe ziemlich viel Spam, Beleidigungen und andere Sachen die nicht legitim sind. Und dagegen möchte ich gerne, zusammen mit den anderen Moderatoren "Hand in Hand" ankämpfen. In der Metin2 Section herscht einfach zuviel Chaos, dass können vier Moderatoren eigentlich nicht problemlos meistern. Die jetzigen Moderatoren machen ihren Job zwar gut, aber gegen diesen Spam, können vier Leute einfach nicht ankommen.
Ich bin jetzt auch schon fleißig am reporten, aber dann tangiert es mich schon manchmal, wenn ich nicht direkt handeln kann.
Wieviel Erfahrung hast du mit dem Thema, zu dessen du dich als Moderator bewirbst?
In diesem Themenbereich, habe ich eigentlich recht viel Erfahrung, ich spiele das MMORPG schon seit ca. zwei Jahren und auf Privaten Servern spiele ich seit ca. einem Jahr. Außerdem kenne ich mich gut mit den Serverfiles aus, also kann ich dort auch immer helfen und wenn unklarheiten in dem Bereich z.B wegen Verständnis mangel auftreten, kann ich es den Parteien näher bringen und somit Spam unterbinden, dies werde ich zumindestens immer versuchen. Ich kann auch immer neue Sachen einbringen, da ich jetzt in meinem Fach Abitur solangsam an Sachen komme, die auch auf die Serverfiles zutreffen, lerne ich immer neue Sachen, die hier vielleicht noch nicht bekannt sind.
Hast du Zeit, dass Forum mindestens alle zwei Tage zu besuchen um deinem Job nachzugehen?
Ja, dass habe ich. Ich bin jeden Tag online, immer so zwischen 3 - 5 Stunden. Manchmal auch den ganzen Tag, aber eine Stunde am Tag ist Minimum. Am Wochenende können diese Zeiten stärker variieren. Da werde ich tagsüber so ca. 4 Stunden online sein und nachts wieder ca. 4 - 6 Stunden. Und wenn ich mal nicht zu Hause bin, habe ich immer noch die Möglichkeit über mein iPhone auf elitepvpers zu gehen um nach dem Rechten zuschauen.
Hast du dich schon vor deiner Bewerbung Aktiv am Boardalltag beteiligt?
Ja, dass habe ich. Ich setze es vorraus, dass ich hier Aktiv bin, da es mir auch Spaß macht ein Teil einer so großen Community zu sein. Meine Posts, Join Date und mein Thanks Count sind vielleicht nicht die höchsten Werte, aber ich finde das man, mich und meine Fähigkeiten, nicht darauf beschrenken sollte.
Kannst du mit Fragen, die dir selbst sau dumm vorkommen gut umgehen und sachlich bleiben?
Ja, dass kann ich, weil ich halte mir selbst auch immer vor Augen, das ich auch mal ein Anfänger war und da habe ich bestimmt auch die ein oder andere "Dumme" Frage gestellt. Ich versuche immer, egal wie dumm mir die Frage erscheint mein bestes zu geben und die Frage so gut wie möglich zu beantworten. Ich kann auch, egal was ein anderer User zu mir sagt, sachlich & freundlich bleiben, denn ich lasse mich nicht so leicht Provozieren und schon garnicht auf einer Virtuellen Internetplattform.
Kannst du generell gut mit Menschen umgehen?
Ich trete anderen Menschen immer mit Respekt gegenüber, weil ich immer denke, dass mir dieser Respekt den ich anderen Personen gegenüber habe, auch zurückommt. Das ich mit Menschen, jeglicher Art, gut umgehen kann habe ich gemerkt, als ich ein Praktikum als Heilerziehungspfleger gemacht habe. Jeder Mensch hat es verdient vernünftig behandelt zu werden, so sehe ich das zumindestens.
Hast du schon Erfahrung als Moderator?
Ja habe ich. Ich hatte schon 2 kleinere Foren. Da war ich als Admin tätig. Dabei handelte es sich um Server Foren. Die Forensoftware war Burning Board. Mit der Forensoftware vBulletin habe ich keinerlei Erfahrungen sammeln dürfen, aber ich denke, dass es für mich kein Problem sein sollte, dies zu lernen.
Bist du der Englischen Sprache mächtig?
Ja, der Englischen Sprache bin ich mächtig, dass liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass ich zur Hälfte Engländer bin und auch oft dort bin. Dadurch habe ich keine Probleme fragen, die auf English gestellt werden zu verstehen & zu beantworten.

Why do you want to become a Moderator?
I'm thinker of the idea to apply for an position as a moderator for a long time.
At the moment there are four active moderators and in my opinion four moderators are not enough. I see a lot of insults and spam and other things wich are not legetimate. And on the other hand I would like to fight with the other moderators "Hand in Hand" against the spam and other things wich are not allowed. In the Metin2 Section is simply to much chaos, that can not easily cope with four moderators. The current moderators do their job well, but agianst that spam we need more moderators. "We need as much as possible(!)"
At the moment I report much spam as it's possible for me, but im always worried about if I can't do anything against the spam.
How much experience do you have with the topic for which you apply as a moderator?
In this area, I'm very experienced. I played this MMORPG since 2 years and Private Server since one year, also I have a lot of experience with the Serverfiles of this game. I think this is one of my advantage. With this knwo how I can support user too. I'm aspire to become my "Exam" as a system engeneer and with this know how I can support the users a little bit more as it's possible at this moment.
Do you have enough time to visit the board about every two days and to put enough effort into the job?
Yes, in any case. I visit the Board every day about three to five hours. At the weekend I have more time, at saturday and sunday I visit the Board at about four to six hours. But at the weekend the time wich I visit the Board can be a little bit random, becouse I have an real - lif, too. But in any case I can visit the Baord every day. I'm serious at this job If I get this chance.
Did you regularly take part in the section before you posted your application?
Yes, of course. It's important to me to be an active user, becouse I like it to be a small part of this big community. I know my Post, Thanks and Join - Date count is not the best, but i think that these things are'nt be be crucial factor.
Are you able to handle questions of which you think that they are very stupid?
Yes, becouse I show myself that I always was new and I think that I had asked "Stupid" questions too. I'm always in favour to answer any question becouse I want to help people, and this is important to me. I do my best to support the member. I have an slogan for myself: "Lending and borrowing is one of the important thing in our lifes(!)"
Can you act appropriate with other human beings?
I respect all people, becouse I want earn respect too. It's very important to me, becouse only with respect against other people you can earn repsect to yourself, and if their isn't such respect against you, you will lose your self-confidence.
I always find a way to get alonge with other people.
Did you ever operate as a moderator before?
Yes, I was the owner of two Boards, these Boards were about Metin2 P - Server too. It was a Board for my own Private Server. The sytem was Burning Board. With vBulletin I don't have experience, but I think that it would be easy for me to learn all about this software.
Are you able to communicate in English well?
Yes I am, becouse I'm half a way an Englishmen. I think that you have already note it. I Think that it would be good, becouse I can supoort english user too.
