How about searching friends on the server itself? It's like when you are danish and you go to a pub in London and you are searching for danish ppl.
You are not violating rules but....I just don't see the point why are you searching friends who are playing on Pluto on a forum.

hey, i have a lvl 85 bowman on pluto. I don't play there much though sort of switch around to other servers where i have friends i know in real life.

no idea, i've never sold a character before.
haven't logged in to it in a while. but its lvl 85 or 86 and has like.. 1-200k sp. +7 bow.
