[Question] keylog tracing ip

hi guys

i want to know if its possible to trace a keylogger to what ip its located
i realy need someone who can help me with it , cuz i got a problem ;)

i dont know if its possible, but u need the persons ip and a keylogger on the victims pc to do sumfing rite =/

i got it ...

i found it but im late my acc is cleared , ah well my fault ;)


anyways it was here D:\WINDOWS\system32\Sys32
every folder was hidding , windows , system32 , sys32
atlast i found it with msconfig , AHEQ.exe :)
i got the file (keylog) if someone know how to trace it pm me or leave msg
need to get this guy :)

Try taking it apart (No idea how) Mabye it will contain things on what it wants the program to do, and where to send it.. Dunno just an idea

Goodluck with that, MR.Peeman might be right on that. Some keyloggers have your logged keys sent via microsoft outlook. Other's do it through msn or aim (noobs mostly). However, get Zone Alarm or a firewall to help prevent and protect yourself man.

Zonealarm is the bestway to go whether it be used on halo 2 to network bridge or to keep your computer clean.. if u want it free try this web site its a free dl site and nothing i have ever download from there has been a keylogger but i would still scan it :)

I use snoopfree privacy shield. It helps to protect your computer from key loggers and any snap shot it takes of your screen and i also use a nice firewall program.

ZoneAlarm is the worst firewall out there, if you're going to get a firewall get Agnitum Outpost.

U crazy? ZoneAlarm is the second best fw arround and one of the lightest too... And the best is ZoneAlarm Pro, as light as the other and many more functions...

Theres a program on net that u can dowl that traces ips back to the origin! Just cant remember the name now... but i know that exists... ill try to remember... im the mean while do a search on net for ip tracer or so!

well, I aint nobodys teacher, so I'm not gonna teach, but I can tell u that there's a command in the console that allows u to see all open connections and the respective destination IP.
