ISRO pk2 tools

I'm trying to fine the PK2 tools for isro but all i get when i do a search is threads about other peoples pk2 edits and pk2 tools that are for defferent versions of sro i did not even know existed till 30 min ago and don't work for isro pk2 files.

I'm looking for the basic tools

Pk2Editor.exe and Pk2Extractor.exe that work for ISRO no 5 in 1 stuff that i don't need and cannot use.

can some one help me find these??
