*note: sPCK doesnt need any degree to use only simple english and elements editor same:)
*use your own risk of ur pw game client, if you fuckup ur elements data or pck. files dont blame me in ur stupidity nor the makers of those tools:) * basically just be careful what you edit*
sELeditor is to mod elements.data, client and server sided, but i guess 95% of you dont have own server so its pretty useless for you coz you need to save the elements.data in client side and then to server sided. and replace the ones in each end to make use of the program and changes in overall gameplay :)
