Simple answer you can't.

All You need is:

1.Server Files
2.Knowledge oc c# & c++
3.Team of trusted people
4.Knowledge on hosting server
5.Money to host the server

That's barely like a year.

And you think if he knew any of that he'd on this he'd be asking? Get your head out of your ass trying to be a smartass. He just wants a ready made server. Which is why I replied you can't.

Anyone who asks how to make a server of game "X" doesn't have the knowledgebase or experience to make one, and thus shouldn't make one.

You need diligence and an in-depth understanding of how one runs. That's not a few weeks experience either, it's years.
