STR -Only if it has same has INT extras,putting str in equipments will lower your magical balance, [Always keep it above 90% to keep ur damage high.]
INT -Always have as much as you can, and put them always more then STR addictions.
(NOTE: STR and INT addictions are like having more levels, stronger in what you put, so having many is like having more 4 or 5 levels.)
HP -ALL YOU CAN, it's allowed in [chest], [legs] and [head]; with 100% in the 3 you will gain a massive amount and the amount gained increases with the level of equipment.
MP -No need to have more, still if you want to have even more..., but what really matters is hp bonus.
(Example: Level 45 armor headgear with 100% bonus hp increases your hp +500, with all 3 with 100% bonus you'll get more 1500hp).
DURABILITY -AS more you have the less times you'll need to repair it; NEVER LET DUR GO 0, the item durability % will get lower.
(Advice: In spear is greatly helpfull, with at least more 60% you rarely will need to repair in battle).
CRITICAL -No need, nukers don't crit. Some n00b nukers would search for a high crit spear?.
(But the fact is it's equal for a nuker to have a 4 critical or a 12 critical spear.)
ATTACK RATING -The more the better, your attacks are faster.
(So... You can do more damage in less time.)
BLOCK PARRY RATIO -Important to keep moving. It helps u not to be blocked by a blader or another nuker s-s on pvp
(So... It's not much important, but good to have too.)
CRITICAL PARRY RATIO -Good to have in shield. So other glaviers can crit on u..coz u know they crit u die

(So... Always get the highest possible, tablet for m.attack spear->philosophy/ m.reinforce for spear->meditation/ m.reinforce for shield/equipment->spirit.)
PHYSICAL ABSORBTION -For accessories this will be a great help.
(So... Always try to have this, less damage you'll receive; tablet is training.)
ATTACK RATING -You'll attack faster, more damage in less time
(So... If your % in spear is low, tablet is focus.)

THE SKILLS:
Imbue -FIRE imbue with all your nukes, it'll make it around 45% stronger.
Masteries -For a "PERFECT NUKER" there are 4 masteries, HEUKSAL, ICE, FIRE and LIGHT.
Farming ?At lvl80 u will need to get Lightning and Fire to lvl80 and Bicheon and Heuksal to lvl70 this way u will have 300/300 Mastery Points
So... FARMING is a must, and since i don't want to be at stronghod for months i've come up with a new ideal farming.

THIS WILL BE LOW LEVELING, BUT A HUGE MASTERY TREE.
Slow from lvl15 to 32.
32 to 42 fast leveling.
42 to 52 slow.
52 to 64 fast.
64 to 70 slow (if still not totally farmed)

Start with bow,when level 5 get fire imbue and the anti devil bow.

ALWAYS KEEP A 9 GAP, less is not needed and more will not let you get as much sp.
SAVE MONEY, YOU WILL NEED AROUND 7M AT LVL32.

When lvl 16 your masteries should be at lvl 7 with only the first bow and fire book at 1, go farm at stronghold, no need to buy a godly bow unless you want to farm for months there and never farm again.
When lvl 21 farm on ferry killing white tigers and chakji/chakji workers, your masteries should be at lvl 12, with:
2arrow combo, lvl 5 fire imbue, lvl12 light grass walk flow. [All this cost 174sp, you should have a lot of K's of sp by now]
(Don't keep up light and bow, keep them at lvl12)
and then keep ur 9 LVL GAP Until lvl32

When lvl 32, you'll do a lot of stuff:
-Do the cursed heart quest, get 14 potions and take out bow and its books;
-Buy a godly lvl32 sos+ spear, with good magical attack and int bonus,
-Raise light, fire and heuksal to lvl 30: [6,583 sp spent from lvl1 until now.]
In heuksal-> book1 soul spear-move at 1/ book1 ghost spear-petal at 1/ book1 chain spear-tiger at 1/ passive at 3;
In light -> book1 at 3 and book2 piercing force at 1/ book1 grass walk-flow at 7/ book1 lion shout at7/ book1 WOLF's THUNDERBOLT/ passive at 3;
In fire -> book1 at 9 and book2 fire force at 3/ book1 FLAMEWAVE-ARROW at1/ passive at 3.
Go lvl up until getting to lvl39, this will put your gap again at 9, at lvl39 buy a lvl38 spear if it's better than your sos and sell it high.
When lvl42 your 3 masteries should be at lvl33:
-Raise the grass walk flow to 8, phantom walk to 1, lion shout 9, fire extreme force to 5 and nukes to 2;
-Buy a lvl42 goldly sos+ spear;
-Go farm at the dead ravine and at red scorpions.
When lvl52 you should have a monstrous amount of sp, if you think you have a preety large amount:
-Raise masteries to lvl50, put ice too at lvl50 and receive the second nukes books;
-Raise the books that are specified until lvl50;
-Buy a lvl52 godly sos+ spear and it's good to buy a lvl52 high br shield too, becuase some mobs/players can really hit you hard while you get far;
-Go farm at ishades/Hashades, find a good triangle and you'll lvl up and farm lots of sp.
When lvl56 if you think you got enough sp put the 3rd fire nuke book, the Flame wave-wide;This helps a lot multiple killing enemies.
Finally at lvl64, with the masteries at lvl56 and with a gap of 8, get the best spear you can get,lvl up to 65 and empty the cave (or go to taklaMakan if opened.)

And here are some tips to help u if u got any questions:
- +ing Gears at 64+ - Alc. Stones Added at 79+ so don?t waster ur money on +ing and alchmising ur gear
-look for ur equipment at stalls u would be surprized of what u could find there and don?t buy npc stuff bec. It's expensive and no atr in it like int and str
-Always be in a full xp distribution party for bonus 10% xp
-Ghost walk phantom at max you can always, using it will allow you to get far and nuke enemies;
-Always have the fire imbue when nuking;
-You need to have a full surrounding space view, minimap is very usefull for this, if not you may die with surrounding mobs, agressive players (at job);
-Always save money to have a great spear, the more the mag damage the faster you can kill;
-Wolf can help -by attacking first the mobs so you don't take much damage and -in finshing mobs;
-Do the quests as you level up, if you do all and follow this guide in a 4 xp dist party you'll lvl as fast as a normal player;
-Save your money to buy good stuff, alchemy will start getting lucrative at lvl32 or higher;
-When doing guild wars: -Don't forget to target first glaviers/bowmans/spearmans as they lack the br bonus of shield;
-The lvl50 ice nuke will give a massive bonus of slowing a lot of enemies;
-The lvl56 fire nuke allows you to eliminate any hybrid char that is hitted;
-as nuker you can kill anything a lot above you:
(Example:At lvl32 with 2nukes you can kill a hybrid char of lvl39 using sos armor);
-You're good in hunter because you kill fast enough to don't let anything run and 5 stars is a piece of cake with lvl50/56 nukes (kills the 5 with 1hit);
-At thief you're better in killing high levels with lots of stars, but not in spawnng thiefs because you can't take well all thiefs attacking you;
-At trader you can easily kill 1 star pop up thiefs since you can kill anything until some 10 levels higher.
-Force is the worst thing to pu in nuker, only the harmony circle has some advantages; you already have enough mp to use its passive and only full str are good supportive healers;
-If you can't get as much sp as you wished, at lvl70(80 with update) you will have a lot of time to farm sp since you won't gain more xp than 99.9%xp.
