co not working

hello ppl its me again...i am trying to help my new friend play but something is wrong...i cant autopatch....i tried everything.. we even up graded his comp to go over the recomended...i also have the latest patch 3438 or whatever it is..i also contacted the co ppl they havent responded its been 3 days...help me help my friend plz!!

so click on bypass... and u can get into game,...

like it opens CO then says auto patch failed : rety, manual DL, or exit..... this is gettting me...when i get into the game it also says enternet congested or maintenence(how ever u spell iot) and says try later....been like a week later XD
