Items Dura

Hey all.
Well, i see some posts about upgrading items quality when dura is 0 and using lucky time. My point is, i guess at wich dura ( 0/35; 1/28 ....) there are a decimal scale that we dont know like (0,34.../35,00; 1,19875..../28,00)
So i guess, that theory about upgrading items works for items with dura(0,00/35,00).
I dont know if there is a decimal scale, but i guess so, so if anyone knows anything about this....
And there are some tools that (TRY) to dc at specified sura, i guess it is possible to know the decimal scale using that kind of programs.
Maybe that theorys work 100pc when dura is exactly "0,00"

Ive heard the theorys before but I couldnt find any real proof of it. I actually heard that 24 dura was best possible for item upgrade. But then again, couldnt find any proof or testing on it. So yeah.

Would like to see what we come up with. ^^

Yeah, I think it is true, because you still need to fix weapon when it is 40/40.

@OwningSkillzZ.: well, you are kind right here. Dura has a decimal part, but i didnt understand how it works. for example, a durabilitity that you can see as 23/40 actually is something like 2399/4099. I trace some duras and most have 99... and it doenst keep changing like a percentage.. its not that. I found somes that are different from 99. I really dunno if it related with upgrading or anything.
