I would think that you would need to change places after some time (If it bots you fast enough, then you would need to change areas every few levels, but you probably know that already). I wouldn't recommend you to bot at some high levels (60+) unless you have very fine gear, pet or awesome pots. So I'm thinking bermuda Islands at Gorgon Guardians with double exp (durr) turned on (hopefully you have A LOT of it)
