The Hacking needs to stop

I dont care if i get banned from these forums, but you need to quit supporting hacks. its ridiculous and contradictary to host a p-server section and post hacks at the same time. Elite has been in beta for sometime now and every time we come close to going live something happens.. last time someone managed to get INTO our dedi and change the admin pass. And we had to start over then today we get everything back up and someone logs in and turns off remote connections. im sick of it and im about to leave the shaiya community for good because of stupid ******** like this. Its retarded. one server thinks they're so much better because their same ol' crap drops from a different spot i mean its about half retarded and when i do leave imma tell the shaiya community to kiss my ***. i think a few of you need to mature a little bit and im talking to the hackers and cheaters. its a game GTFO and move on if you can't handle the 100x exp your handed on a silver platter by most servers now days. its completely uncalled for and rediculous. i dont understand why people want to attack the very thing that we have worked so hard to accomplish. im sick of it, and im sick of the community always just LEECHING and FEEDING off of the devs instead of understanding how to do things first. do you think i learned how to do all of this by leeching? NO, i had no help in the beggining and everyone now wants you to just hand it to them.

Its completely ludacris and i cant take it anymore. no one wants to help each other because others wont help them. the community is divided and it might as well crumble, all its gonna take is a nice nudge to destroy what us devs have worked so hard to create. i think i speak for all devs and i guess im the only one that isnt afraid to say this. Use the search button, learn something, read, if your foreign.... GOOGLE TRANSLATE. its real simple people i think its time someone stood up and said something. Im not gonna stand by and watch years of work get destroyed because immature pukes cant act there own age. think im scared? I swear to you if another person manages to get into our dedi again i will notify authorities wether i run a p-server or not. there will be consequences and hell to pay. it is illegal to run a p-server. its even more illegal to hack it.

You might be one of the last people who care Shinru. I don't run a server so honestly I couldn't care less. There's no more Kingdom because of the very reason you mentioned. Everything was handed over on a silver plate. Free server, items which you have to pay for on Aeria free in drop, yet they still complained. Used hacks to get more or get better in pvp. I spent more time looking for a way to fix the bugs or solving complaints or answering pointless question than maintaining the server. I have a great idea for a pvp Shaiya server, but ... *shows the finger to the community* ... that's what I think about ever starting it.
I'm sick of it as much as you are, that's why I only help on forums and only when I feel like it.

Man, it's really getting annoying, it pisses me off I want all of those guys on Prof's silver platter so we can chop em up and rid them out of the community (satanic ftw) I hate hackers and think they should die, slowly and painfully... kinda like this

i personally don't use hacks but i think e-pvpers was more meant to make Gamer's lifes easy than to help you fill your bags with stupid ppls cash with illegal p-servers

Well first off, if you don't understand what im saying, im sorry, my english is not that good but i try to make myself 'understandable'.
In your message we can discuss some points that i really think you are trully and completely wrong, im not trying to bash or something in here, i'm just saying, you are wrong IN MY OPINION.
You got hacked twice and my condolences, really we have been trying to be hacked it's been 2 months and nobody has made it yet, why? because i know how to hack and since i KNOW you are really good in what you do, you can do the same things i can to secure your server. Probably for you beeing too good on what you do, you raised up your nose and forgot to watch where are you walking on.
If you see, you have been hacked on your server, not on your code or something, this means you have to becarefull with who walks along with you, im not saying THEY ARE BETRAYING you, but sometimes, who knows.
You been hacked don't mean you have to be pissed off with this community, seriously man, E*Pvp only releases GAME hacks, if you can find in here any "[RELEASE] How to hack in a dedicated server" please let me know and i will run to the hills crying.
It's not about making a private server, it's not about e*pvp releasing hacks, it's not even about you, i've been running a server its been a month+ and we are having a good playerbase by now and i must say, everyday i receive more QQ, more "gold pl0x", more and more ppl trying to speed hack and stuff, seriously, this tends to get bigger everyday, or why you think Aeria keep a base team just to stalk in game?
Man, chill out, im saying, i receive in a base of 20 tickets everyday on my server with complaints and stuff, you have to deal with it, never a phrase has been so right than now "With great power comes great responsibility".
If you want to keep a private server, you have to deal with it, make the best you can and keep moving, someone hacked your dedicated? discover how he did, when he did, rip his a** and now make everything to not happen again.
I think this is a good time to me to say, i have been trying to get into the "dev team" group its been sometime, i was here already when China made Euro Shaiya, i was here and Danco maybe can remember me, March last year, he helped me to create my first testing server, came on my computer tru remote connection and all... i have been here since Shaiya havent had any section just for it, well was a "shaiya" section with posts in it.. i have been here since lilpro was in the cheat engine forum before they remove the hacks, helping in there, and almost all the "dev team" never tried to watch on me, that i could help them, oh sorry, you all developers.
Now i have my own server, NEVER been hacked (oh well, speed hack, had a lil prob with the ranger exploit too but all fixed now), server running smooth since them, a good player base, AWESOME GS's that i never saw but now they are basicaly my best friends and stuff..
If was to complain man, i would make like 10 posts here about how everyone was so full of themselves and not helping everyone.
I have been working on the skills lvl3+ its been sometime and i have to say, im pretty close to fix, but i am TRULLY sure i could have made it already if i had any other "self called" shaiya developer working together, and when we have fixed all private servers could be enjoying.

Well, sorry for just throwing all away, but i felt like doing now, and all i want to say is, man, chill out, we are going to deal with this even if E*pvp closes down, its life, you did a great job till today, why put everything on trash because of 1 or 2 tomboys?

i have calmed down alot since last night, the thing i have noticed is that the so called "Hacker" had direct access to our dedi. wich means they had the password because they kicked me while i was logged to it. i wasnt able to get any info but im am going to watch carefully who we let the password out to in staff because i think there might be a leak or one of the staff themselves might be responsible for the attacks. i was just pissed last night because this is the second time i have set up the updater, notice page, webpage, web item mall, and website + shaiya server on our machine. i hope you can understand my frustration when it happened a second time. but both times they had full access to the server. the first time they just changed the pass. this time they took the entire server down and im hoping we still have all the data. we had the company we go through make a ghost drive to copy all data so im hoping i can get a connection log off of the machine some how and see who connected last.

If you need any help checking logs on windows, and with the security, im not pro but i can try to help ya.

Ok, after all this, im giving in my oppinion too... Nemesis is a known server for being hacked. I think its about 10+ times now. ¬¬ People call us noobs for being able to get hacked. The truth is? The more well known your server is, the more attacks you are gonna get! In the beginning i had close to no attacks, the further we went, the more attacks we got. The best thing you can do is to always have a backup. Heck, im backing up in 3 locations now, ghost drive, direct folder copy, and SQL backup. Besides that i have a daily website backup, forum backup, and client backup stored online. The more you GET hacked, the better you are in recovering.

Ofcourse hackers shouldnt do it in the first place, we all hate them on our servers. But they are important since they make you learn how to secure yourself. You fall, you rise, and you increase your defense in these attacks. Getting hacked can be very frustrating, especially when you JUST done something and thought you could get a break... I know how it feels and i wish it wouldnt happen either, but it does. Being mean towards someone who just got hacked and is, in fact, telling the truth in their own words, is low, very low. I would rather support these people then kick them when they are on the ground. As for that, i disrespect the fact that some people go for this approach.

There is not much i can do or say that makes anything better, but if you do need help, let me know, you've helped me plenty of times enough. And Hopeloz, i do remember you lol. Add me on skype: shaiya.nemesis and we'll see how far we get with the EP5 skills, i already tried with a few people, but it seems to be harder then you imagine. Visually getting skills up to level 999 is not hard, heck, limiting them to 5/7/9 is not hard either. It is calling the actual function that is a pain in the ****. And remember, don't tempt people to "try" and hack your server. There are several ways....

at least i never had to QQ about loosing anything due to given out information.

I am no longer making any releases to the shaiya community we have been hacked yet again because of my files so i am no longer supporting this section. if you need help find it elsewhere. We limited password knowledge to me and the server owner and they still got access through RD and i even changed the RDP Port.
