Modify the meteor dove? If you mean change the name, then no you can't, as they spawn randomly within an area. I find that hunting the regular doves (within area where meteors drop) will yield more meteors than actually searching for the real dove.

I think the threadstarter is asking for a way of changing met dove's size. And the answer is no.
