[HELP]GC Problem!

Guys I found out that i had the GC malware i cant play gc because of it... so first i found this

Now i removed the malware heres the details....

now how can i play GC again this malware is preventing me to play my computer just hangs and everything doesnt respond when i play GC just GC

i already used MSE but it did not found any malware its just happens when i play GC main.exe just doesnt respond
