SRO Emulator/ Private Server

I want to know if there is any working emulators/private servers for sro at the moment.
I allready googled, but only could find some outdated ones, if actually working.

If someone can come up with one that works currently i would appreciate that.

For the most people it seems kinda pointless to make a private server because who would play it? But I have a friend who can host a server and our goal is to make a better server than those of Joymax.
-Higher XP/SP rate. (Perhaps)
-Cap Rise to 90
-Item mall items etc. could be bought from npc.
-Bot is allowed.
-Player limit.
-Increased Unique spawns
-Unique drop sosun after defeat.
-Uniques have a lvl limit (So only till 10 lvls above can kill them)
-Deletion character after long period of non-used time.
-More chance of SOS/SOM/SOSUN
-No Turks xD (10k plz is ban)
-More Quests if possible
-And More.....

Maybe we can make it a pvp server indeed.
These are just some ideas. If you have another one which makes a server attractive to you post it.

So there are no emulators right now, guess we have to wait for it just like sm xD

emulater working like db7 did lvlme wanted help from db7 with the simplest task(srry if i spelled that wrong ^^)
