What level should I reborn at?

I was going to reborn at 124 for my fire tao, but a friend told me today that after level 120 any exp you get gets cut in half, which is going to make climbing to 124 twice as long. I never PK much on my tao so is it worth it to wait until 124+ to reborn to get the few extra AP? Or should I just reborn at 120? I'm going fire-fire.

127.... thats the lowest u should reborn at, if you really go any lower in MY opinion i think its a waste.... 127-130 ftw its worth it when u get 127-130-130 or 130-130-130 u get more hp instead of like 124-124-130 :) thats like 30+ exrta app points in total therefore thats like 2k mroe hp or such :) its worth going to 127+

I'm a non-reborn fire tao, which means no melee weapons for me... leveling is already extremely slow at 117, and since everything turns green at 125, I get 5% exp from the damage I do, how in the world do I get to 127...?

Maybe wine zone with a wand equipped and a good bot like SV ? DevilKingsL122 are white till lvl 127 :)

for sure 130! i made my tro on other server 125-125-130 and i regret that... now im playing in other server and 130-127atm and for sure ill tg it till 130 again! it will take like month even that im full socketed with refined rainbows but its worth it...
its 27ATP for each rb thats 56ATP more totall... and thats quiet helpfull :) and when u r 2nd reb 130 u r bored cant do anything just wait for dis or GW u wouldnt mind getting those ATP if it was possible :)

RB at lvl 130 i say,I rb my main at lvl 128 wish i went 130 the extra aap do make a slight difrence.

yes just as i said and after u r 2nd reb 130 u would regret that :)

you can level until 127 in wine zone.. then the lvl 122 devilkings turn green.. after that you need to TG..

i am now a 2nd rb water/fire/fire. i reborned my water at 110 (lvled by myself with a bs no plvling )and fire at 127. i had no regrets not going to 130 at all, i just worked around it. i made a super +6 mana bs and retalot my attrib points to max out my hp to almost 10k now. I 2nded rbed becasue i pvp alot and i wanted the extra def. Currently it takes lvl 126 + full soc trojans to one hit me. usually it a 130 tro that will, but it really depends on how many socketes he/she gots. lvling a fire takes time and patience but its alot faster to get back up to a high lvl after rbing but these days its alot easier with all this exp. balls and db crap. getting a trojan to 130 is so much easier to do than a fire. i even lvled my trojan back to 130 in tg while i was lvling my 2nd rb fire. sucks that i had to lvl a 2 nd rb fire without any rainbows, not about to change my spg's for them . lvling a lvl 124 is tough...try lvling a 2nd rb fire tao when its 3 times slower. i will get to 130 with him eventually and when he does he will be a force to recon with. i take lvling one day at a time and use exp balls when i can afford to buy them to help. try aand make sure that your skill and spells are fixed, something you can do while lvling. i had all my spells and skills fixed except for fire met (lvl 5) they all auto fixed back to where they were at the half way mark :-)

I understand the benefits of reborning at 127+, but the key thing is my character will not engage in much PVP at all. For the last 117 levels, I've never even participated in GW, PK tournament, dis city, or any other popular events. I don't PK people for fun (only if provoked). I plan on quitting soon after rebirth, so is it still worth it to get to 127+?

In ur first post, you said exp cuts in half. Whilst this is true, it is also true that the exp you need it cut in half to it equals itself out, really.
