If I wanted a log file decrypted

See there's this log file that I need access to for important reasons and I can't get it from the conquer client (stupid client)

What would I need to decrypt this log file, if anyone could help me I would be very appreciative.

You would need the encrypter that they used to encrypt it, otherwise, it is almost impossible to decode
