when i open it it says:
''windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item''

When i run as admin:
''unable to log on:
login failure:user account restriction, possible reasons are blank passwords not allowed, login hour restrictions, or policy restriction has been enforced''

but my acc in my PC has no password
help me plz
