[Need Help] KTS.

Hello :3.
First of all, thanks you if you're reading this (?).
Well, here we go. I need help with this.
I really want to try the famous "KTS", so I need an account, and a vpn.

Here are my questions:
1. Do someone have a KSSN that works? I've tried everything, but i cant get it anyways.
2. Im argentinian, so i cant get the wide vpn. What can I do? Any suggestions? D:

Here is the thing, If you cant create account for KTS then it means you should not even play it... i see alot of people asking for account and stuff but it is not allowed =\.

I have lists and lists of kssn but i cant make it work.
I dont know what's the problem D:

Well i've heard that Korea its self is selling some kssn but they hold 1-2months only... also i bet most of the kssn you got are really old and thats why none will work.

i have no idea...but i would suggest google it or so.
sorry, all i know is that they sell them and last 1-2month, its not even a fact its something that a few ppl told me in a diffrent forum/thread which they were saying that its buyable but dont last long.

I dont know how, but i created an account. o.O
Well, I think.
Now, I've to download the game, but i cant. When I push the buttons that should say "Download" in korean, nothing happens.
