Connection Refused Problem

Hello everybody , when i try to start the server it says connection refused (core dumped)

I checked navicat it says everything is okay. I repaired it a thousand times but nothing..I read some of ur posts in english but i didnt really understand what i had to do.And i dont speak german nor understand :SS

Any help plz?? :/

I m trying to fix this for like 3 hours :S

Okay, this problem is very nice, she musst go in the Database.

Well , I dont really know what to do in the database. I tried translating some posts from German to english with Google translator but it doesn't really help , you understand i think.

Open Navicat>Player>Table>Repair

I did that but nothing. It shows the same Connection rufused thing

Also, dieser Schritt ist eigentlich sehr einfach.
1. FreeBSD von Rain booten.
2. Einloggen und auf Netzwerkeinstellungen gehen
3. Wählt anstatt Hamachi Network Interface, "euer normaler internet adapter"
4. "OK"
5. sysinstall eintippen (eng. Tastatur= szsinstall)
6. Configure->Networking->Interfaces->de0 beides mit "NO" antworten.
7. Eure hamachi Daten nochmal eintippen, man beachte:
-bei Netmask müssen wir statt 255.255.255.0
255.0.0.0
8. "ok"
9. /etc/rc.d/netif restart eintippen (-etc-rc.d-netif restart)
10. JETZT erst wieder Hamachi Network Interface zuweisen.
11. Reboot!
12. Einloggen-> PortMap an, Ports ativieren, ./start (eng. : .-start) ENTER
13. Warten auf Connection: operation timed out | 8x !
14. Server on, ihr könnt einloggen mit ID: Rain PW: 12345
