Auto Sitter?

Is there a way i can automatically sit after i jump, like either edit a file in my CO folder or downoad one?

Dunno rly how to do that, but if you have the mouse wheel button maybe u can use this I just made.

Just place Sit on F10 and when pressing the wheel mouse button it will jump and sit.
To close the app just press SHIFT+ESC

Well, if u dont want to use a program is ok, just leave it.
