Problem starting s4

whenever I try to start s4 2 errors pop up, could someone help me? My command prompt has somehow been disabled to, could that be problem?

1)When i start launcher, i get this error: Internet Explorer Script error:
Line:1
Char:108
Error:'document.body' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Do you want to continue? Y/N

I tried both Y/N and i keep getting this error after----->>

2) HGWC (<---- title)
Failled to initialize anti-hacking module : W[2018] L[0]

That error pops up at step five. Again, i say that my command prompt has been disabled and i don't know how to enable. Could that be it?
Please help me. I'v done all common things. Restart, reinstall, restart THAN reinstall, un-install re-instal. This has been happening since that aegis thing game. Please help me.

It's very easy reinstall the game and than all OK ;)
One of the dlls from HGWC are deleted

Did you ever used the FileBlocker?

Yes in a sense, now that i think about it this all happened just about after i used the aegis blocker when it was about first released. Also, isn't step 5 where the initialize aegis? Because like i said, thats where i get the 2nd error, which closes the game. Is there anything you can do to help me Jake?

Also, i'v tried no enable command prompt many times using common methods off web like using RUN and regedit.exe(For some reason i dont have regedit.exe i used to before..)

Could this ^^^^^ be related to my problem?

You need to deblock Aegis. This problem was discussed many times here ;)
