do you mean ID number or Account ID? in first case you can't do anything. in second case you need e-mail adress, then click on 'Forget password', type Account ID and e-mail and you will get password.

Nope not unless you have his email and email password you cant.
TQ changed the way of retrieving emails. They now send it to your inbox...last time I checked, which was a few days ago
