Server Non-Hamachi

i tried to open the server without hamachi
but no succses i opend ALL PORTS but dont worry i just did it to check if its a ports problem later i will open only the necserry ones btw i used search before i asked i red like 10 posts about non hamachi but nothing realy help me i use 1click server
and i have a static ip so what can be the problem?
i change all the ips to 127.0.0.1 exept login and shar folder(i saw it on post in this forum)
but when i connect to the server it says cannot connect...
if you know how to solve this please comment!

change all ip in server side to 127.0.0.1 (cash.login,session,dekaronserver) then if you whant login ytou need use ip whant you got in cmd when type ipconfig if you whant that another player can connect to your server you need use ip from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Are you using router?
If it right, You must DNS setting.

is the server hosted on a different pc ?

Yes I use a router and I have a static IP,about the "hub" I don't know what is it..
And no the server is running on vmware on my pc.
