Hey just wondering if ZSZC is offline, I'm currently using patch 1.683 but when I click on either fire or water on the launch screen it just closes silkroad. If not, is anyone else experiencing this problem? Thanks.

after all, they get money for supporting the CUSTOMERS!

"Bugged" Account
Dear users,
some of you may have a bugged account which doesnt allow you to login to the servers.
If your client crashes right after you click Login button, your account is banned.
This is caused by an error in our ban system. We stopped the bannings and will continue right after the bug is fixed.

It's not occurring when I click login, it's not even letting me choose the server.
