Elite dekaron csv skillhack

Well, i've had quite a bit of issues undergoing working with winhex, but tried CSV with unpacking/packing, works great. Is there any way to modify the CSV directly, or does anyone have some of the skill CSV's that are skillhacked? The old CSV's from zan don't work quite right. Thanks :D

you can edit cvs with PAK tool or you need unpack then change what you whant and do update
