I should have NEVER shown you this tip in the first place.
Thank you Korvacs for killing yet ANOTHER thread.

I wan't saying it was a packet. It shows what the boxes mean though that need to be filled in since we don't have the window. If you read my first post, you would have read that. Now I have to repeat myself. I'll repeat this too since you probably still won't read it, the second one is just there to show what the window might look like. It's going to send something to the server still tho which is why it's up. It's just a tip.Quote:
Thats not a packet. What you have is the definition of the Enlightenment dialog, the style of the dialog, what it includes (labels and radiobuttons apparently) their locations, size, interactions etc etc.
Nothing to do with the packets is in what you have posted. And nothing packet wise can be found using a resource viewer.
Perhaps you should re-read what you said and see if it makes sense in the context you intended it.Quote:
Hey everyone, here's just a tip I found while doing some research. It shows you what the offsets are for the enlightenment packet. (Yes, it's a packet. Everything that has a GUI in game that requires information to be filled requires a packet!)
Enlightenment does have a packet. I learned that everything that displays information through the client's GUI has a packet. It might be using an attack packet, general packet, whatever packet... but it still needs a packet to fill in fields. I'm just showing what the offsets might be if it's using a multi-function packet. That's all. It's JUST a tip.Quote:

You clearly state that it shows you what the offsets are for the enlightenment packet.....but it doesnt in anyway, shape or form. You state its a packet.....it isnt. You also state that everything in the GUI in game requires a packet, it does not.
You clearly dont understand what i was getting at. Nevermind.Quote:

I do, I'm telling you it's just a tip. They can do whatever they want with it. I'm showing them a picture and telling them it relates to a packet. That's all.Quote:

I was trying to tell you that what you posted had NOTHING to do with the packet, it described the dialog box, consisting of many elements that had NOTHING to do with the packet, what you posted was not a tip, it was more like miss-information, or to put it another way useless. Im sorry for having wasted your postage count, perhaps you can apologize to me for wasting my time explaining to you over and over that what you posted was not related to a packet.Quote:

stop wasting my postage count. I actually want to help people, not argue with you all day.
