Help with VB source

Hi i started a while ago with vb im a beginner so i need a bit help my question is

if u have a form with 2 buttons and if u click on the "exchange" button it exchanges a file with a other one.

and with the "restore" button it makes it normal again

or could 1 be called (name.dat) and the other file is called (name.bak)
and if u click the exchange button the normal one gets (name.bak)
and the other one name.dat? and restore it changes it back

help will be appreciated. :) :D

Sec, fooling with it myself... I'll post if I figure out how to do it myself.
