editing weapon appearance (not just colour)

I've looked through several guides and so far I've only found guides on editing a weapon's colour and glow. Is it possible to edit a weapon's appearance? I really want to edit the ugly lvl 115 backsword, it looks like a stick lolz.

I saw a topic b4 wen sum1 did sumthin like that. But they didn't change it into anything they wanted, they made a lvl 1 blade look like a lvl 130 blade wen u put it on. Cant remember the topic tho, probaly one of the links in "pimp my conquer" thread.

I think is possible, you can do what caladabolg said, change the look of one weapon for another or you can just edit the dds file and remake it, I dont edit weapons but i edited the scentsword skill and instead of changing the color I changed the sword image with one I found on the internet ^^

Thanks for replying you two. Yes I saw that thread regarding switching weapon appearances with another but I want a new look ^^ Umm how do I find the right file to edit (lvl 115 backsword) and how do I modify its appearance? I have photoshop cs2 and the dds viewer thing.
Edit: or you can just make one for me hietk lolz, a thousand thanks if you do that ^_^

Here you have attached the dds files for the backsword and the glow if you have a super one.

Ill try making some edits tomorrow =X but i dont have a tao so it will hard to test.

Yeah, You should look at edits sub-forum, You can ask there for edit's.
There are many guides how to make glows and change the weps.
And making lvl 1 blade look like 130 = easy, They just changed the .dds number.

they're hidden files you need an graphic design coordinate plot the cubes where you stretch and pul things and detail em =/ its the high ass level editing crap dont think anyone can do that ujst make your 115 bs into a diff bs texture with item.dat switching o r w/e that crap is
