conquer online private servers

i need coders and help, i would like to start a new server but i need a dedicated gm or pm, i would also like help on making it non hamanchi, please mail me or comment

Secondly if you are going to make a server and want people to help you out make a list of things you can do and what you are offering also you might wanna add what source you are gonna use. So something like

Name : Jon Doe
Source : Crappy NCOS
What I can do : List stuff here
What I need you for : All my work!
What you get out of it : Nothing hahahaha

this thread i mean guy is rly ridicolous why? read his post LOL this should go to circues to show who shouldnt make servers and tell what this means
