Looking for a macro..

Hi all, im wondering if anyone can make me a macro, a very simple easy one

Just make it press F2 every 3 minutes and 40 seconds (220 secs)

And maby have a stop button as the [ Key, or F3/4/5/6/7 for stop, dosnt really matter

If thats possible please, Ty karma will be awarded.. i searched the net for a program to do this but they either cost money or it wasnt what i was looking for, and i knew theres alot of macro makers on these forums so help would gladly be appreciated, i have a program that auto scatters monsters.. but im also looking for one to press F2 (arrows) every 220 seconds because thats when there needed.. Ty (And i dont wanna use SV)
