OpenGL topRender() fix

i usually have about 10 accounts mining during the night. it laggs my pc like a bitch, and i usually wake up to interrupted connections (not due to my internet speed) so after a bit of hunting, i found a little proggy that fixes the way openGL handles 16-bit graphics windows, to only render the window on top, and not the other 9 windows below that you arent using.

Is this necessary? I was under the impression that CO used DirectX 8 not OpenGL. Please correct me if im wrong.

not rlly nesses. unless ur pc struggles to run 10+ conquer windows, but just to clarify, OpenGL and Direct3D are "programming languages" for games. directX is windows way of interacting with the GL & D3D interfaces.
