ive got norton, im gonna handle it now since i just got home, didnt have the time before. if it dosent work then ill just do what i always do in broodwar, "if all else fails, nuke it!" lol

but anyway, no one download fraps, thats the crap it puts on the comp

No offense, but norton sucks balls, it consumes alot of pc memory but dosn't do much. I would get something good like NOD32(which I have a year supscription to). Did you download fraps from a warez site? If so then you should have expected this to happen.

To delete a file manually, restart computer, hold or tap the f8 key repeatly until the boot window comes up, select Safe Mode(not the one with command prompt or networking), you should be able to delete the installer file, then just restart computer and use computer normally.

If the above method does not work, download hijackthis(google it), scan your computer, and post the log on their forum, someone can help you there.

*Note, I DID NOT COPY/PASTE THIS!!* :P

norton does suck, but thats why i modify it to work along side my virus wall, its the only thing i can use to work with the virus wall and btw now i fixed my comp. no one use Fraps! and i downloaded it off the official site for it. the people of Fraps are in violation of there terms and agreements.

(it has the same engine as Kaspersky antivirus)

I use Opera as navigator instead of Internet Explorer and ActiveVirusShield as antivirus and I've never ever had virus problems on my computer.

Why I think this antivirus is good?
