Cause of GM mode on

I'm having troubles on my server from time to time .... gm mode goes on.... so i have to turn it off writing the /e test 0...

Can anyone tell me what's causing the GM MODE goes on?

your Server and actived this Option
that all are Gm´s you can do
with this program more you shut down
other Server make Events etc.
