1st u are using Vista or XP or 7 ? if u have Vista u must Opem with administrator. then opem WarRock, and when u log in press "Ins"... Try :) (sorry my english)

the dll and exe have the same name. by vista you open as adminstrator . Then open WarRock and press ing (ka wie es auf der englischen tastatur aussieht^^)
